Estes alimentos que podem contribuir para o aumento e a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o arterial s\u00e3o os biscoitos recheados, refrigerantes, macarr\u00e3o instant\u00e2neo, molhos prontos e temperos prontos. \u201cO consumo exagerado desses alimentos acaba aumentando a press\u00e3o dentro das paredes dos vasos sangu\u00edneos\u201d, alertou Beatriz Lopes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 considerado hipertens\u00e3o arterial quando a press\u00e3o est\u00e1 em 140X90 mmHg, ou seja, o conhecido 14&#215;9. Beatriz ainda explica o procedimento no Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS) quando a aferi\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o chega a esse n\u00edvel. \u201cQuando a gente detecta a hipertens\u00e3o a gente encaminha para o posto de sa\u00fade para fazer o mapa\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Fatores de risco<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A hipertens\u00e3o arterial tem como fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento da doen\u00e7a o sobrepeso e obesidade, hist\u00f3rico familiar, estresse, envelhecimento e estilo de vida n\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel.
