Embora existam delegacias especializadas na defesa dos direitos das mulheres no estado, poucas funcionam 24 horas por dia, o que \u00e9 um problema grave. A Bahia, inclusive, precisa cumprir a nova lei que estabelece o funcionamento ininterrupto das delegacias da mulher \u2013 sancionada nesta semana pelo presidente Lula\u201d, justificou o parlamentar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">A lei foi sancionada pelo presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT) na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (4) e <\/span><a style=\"font-size: revert;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bahianoticias.com.br\/noticia\/278878-lula-sanciona-lei-que-preve-delegacias-da-mulher-abertas-24-horas\">obriga tamb\u00e9m que o atendimento \u00e0s mulheres nessas delegacias seja realizado em sala reservada e, preferencialmente, por policiais do sexo feminino.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">&#8220;Espera-se que a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma delegacia f\u00edsica da mulher que funcione 24 horas por dia em todas as regi\u00f5es na Bahia possa melhorar significativamente a assist\u00eancia e prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s mulheres v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia\u201d, afirma Jord\u00e1vio no texto da indica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">At\u00e9 o momento, existem 22 delegacias especializadas para o atendimento a mulheres no estado, mas nenhuma delas funcionando durante todo o dia. Al\u00e9m da Bahia, os estados do Acre, Mato Grosso, Rond\u00f4nia e Tocantins tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o disponibilizam Deam com atendimento 24 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">&#8220;Cada delegacia estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em tempo integral para fornecer assist\u00eancia, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio \u00e0s mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia, al\u00e9m de investigar e punir os agressores.
