O\u00a0homem tamb\u00e9m foi detido\u00a0no \u00e2mbito da mesma opera\u00e7\u00e3o que investiga, entre outros crimes, estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, favorecimento da prostitui\u00e7\u00e3o e explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual de crian\u00e7a e adolescente.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"highlight highlight-visible\">S\u00e9rgio Ant\u00f4nio Lopes, de 60 anos, piloto da Latam, foi preso dentro de uma aeronave, no Aeroporto de Congonhas, na zona sul de S\u00e3o Paulo. Ele \u00e9 suspeito de participar da rede de explora\u00e7\u00e3o de pornografia infantil e estupro de vulner\u00e1vel h\u00e1 pelo menos oito anos.<\/span>to falso para levar crian\u00e7as a mot\u00e9is<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssp.sp.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SSP<\/a>), o inqu\u00e9rito policial come\u00e7ou em outubro de 2025. Desde ent\u00e3o, j\u00e1 foram identificadas tr\u00eas v\u00edtimas, com 11, 12 e 15 anos, todas submetidas a graves situa\u00e7\u00f5es de abuso e explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual. Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a rede criminosa estruturada era voltada \u00e0 explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e3o investigados crimes de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, estupro, favorecimento da prostitui\u00e7\u00e3o e da explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual de crian\u00e7a e adolescente, uso de documento falso, produ\u00e7\u00e3o, armazenamento e compartilhamento de material de pornografia infanto-juvenil, persegui\u00e7\u00e3o reiterada (<em>stalking<\/em>), aliciamento de crian\u00e7as e coa\u00e7\u00e3o no curso do processo, evidenciando grave viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 dignidade sexual de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>Os investigados formam, diz a SSP, uma estrutura organizada de explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual infantil, com ind\u00edcios de habitualidade, divis\u00e3o de fun\u00e7\u00f5es e atua\u00e7\u00e3o coordenada entre os envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>Em nota, a\u00a0Latam informou que abriu apura\u00e7\u00e3o interna e est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades para colaborar com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. \u201cA companhia repudia veementemente qualquer a\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e refor\u00e7a que segue os mais elevados padr\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a e conduta\u201d, diz o texto.<\/p>\n<p>O voo que seria pilotado por Lopes operou normalmente, decolando e pousando no hor\u00e1rio previsto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entenda o caso<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O piloto S\u00e9rgio Ant\u00f4nio Lopes, de 60 anos, foi preso temporariamente na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (9\/2) dentro de uma aeronave no Aeroporto de Congonhas, em S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/li>\n<li>A pris\u00e3o, feita pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, ocorreu durante os procedimentos de embarque do voo LA3900 (S\u00e3o Paulo\/Congonhas\u2013Rio de Janeiro\/Santos Dumont).<\/li>\n<li>Lopes \u00e9 acusado de integrar uma \u201crede criminosa estruturada voltada \u00e0 explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>A pris\u00e3o ocorreu no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Apertem os Cintos, da 4\u00aa Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o \u00e0 Pedofilia.
